At KAALEEN RUGS PRIVATE LIMITED, every rug is crafted and shipped with the utmost care. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

You must raise a refund or replacement request within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are only applicable upon verification of the reported damage or defect by our quality team.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kaaleen.store with your order number, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or customized orders.
